Selenium preSELE Terms and Condition


Introduction


Selenium Protocol (the "Entity") is conducting a presale of SELE tokens (the "Tokens"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the presale. By participating in the presale, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


Definitions


• Entity: Selenium Protocol.

• Token: SELE, a digital token issued by the Entity.

• Presale: The initial offering of Tokens to the public before their listing on exchanges.

• Buyer: Any individual or legal entity purchasing Tokens during the presale.

• Whitepaper: The document outlining the Selenium project and its underlying technology.

• Jurisdiction: The country or region where the Buyer resides and participates in the presale.


Token Offering


The Entity offers a limited number of Tokens for sale during the presale. The details of the offering, including the Token price, the presale start and end dates, and the number of Tokens offered, are available in the documentation.


Token Purchase


To purchase Tokens during the presale, the Buyer must:


• Access the presale platform designated by the Entity.

• Send the digital currency accepted by the Entity (e.g., USDT) to the specified wallet address.


Participation Without KYC


The Entity has opted not to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for this presale. This means that Buyers are not required to provide personal information to participate. However, the Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in the presale complies with the laws and regulations of their Jurisdiction.


Jurisdictional Restrictions


The Buyer acknowledges that participation in the presale may be subject to restrictions based on their Jurisdiction. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify and fully understand the applicable laws and regulations in their Jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrencies and token presales. Examples of potential restrictions include:


• Purchase restrictions: Some Jurisdictions may prohibit or limit the purchase of cryptocurrencies by their residents.

• Registration requirements: Some Jurisdictions may require entities conducting token presales to register or obtain specific licenses.

• Taxation: The purchase of Tokens may be subject to taxation in the Buyer’s Jurisdiction.

The Entity does not provide legal or tax advice. Buyers are encouraged to consult a qualified professional to determine the legal and tax implications of participating in the presale in their Jurisdiction. The Entity assumes no responsibility for any violations of laws or regulations by the Buyer.


Token Allocation


Tokens will be allocated to Buyers at the conclusion of the presale. The Entity reserves the right to modify the Token allocation in the event of unforeseen circumstances.


Risks


Investing in cryptocurrencies involves significant risks, including market volatility, loss of capital, and fraud risk. The Buyer acknowledges and accepts these risks and invests at their own risk.


Buyer Representations and Warranties


The Buyer represents and warrants that they:


• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Understand the risks associated with investing in cryptocurrencies.

• Are not participating in the presale on behalf of third parties.

• Are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their Jurisdiction.


Limitation of Liability


The Entity shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Buyer in connection with the presale, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or indirect damages.


Force Majeure


The Entity shall not be liable for any delays or failures due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or acts of terrorism.


Amendments


The Entity reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Entity's website and will become effective upon publication.


Entire Agreement


These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Entity and the Buyer regarding the presale and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
